Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging.
- Please provide proof of purchase, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email.
- Exchanges are only accepted if the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged, or if you wish to exchange it for a different size or design, subject to availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.
Exchange Process

- Schedule a Pickup: We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.
- Receive Your Exchanged Item: Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will process the exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, you will receive a credit voucher of the same value, which can be used for purchases on our online store ONLY.
